The Norwegian Media Authority in Norway offers PDF brochures with tips in five languages regarding children and gaming:

Among other things, the Norwegian Media Authority writes: «Many children and young people play a lot, but for the few gaming develops into a problem. The earlier parents get engaged in their children’s gaming habits, the easier it will be to notice this. Some use games as an escape from reality, while others have games as a passionate hobby. In other words, there’s no such thing as an easy solution.»

If you live in Norway, you can order paper versions of the brochures for free.
