  • Roblox is one of the most popular games among children ages nine to fourteen. More than half of children ages nine to ten play Roblox (Barn og Medier, 2020)
  • Among Us has gone viral and «every» child plays this game
  • Both games have unrestricted, public chat and the possibility of in-game purchases
  • It is possible to choose settings and take measures to make these games safer for children

We will cover the topics:

  • What is Roblox and Among Us? Why have these games become so massively popular?
  • What is the age limit, and is it safe for your child to be playing these games?
  • How can you make in-game-chat as safe as possible and restrict communication with strangers
  • How to limit content which is not appropriate?

The webinar-plattform is Zoom. You can log in using your browser or by downloading the Zoom application/program which also gives you a better user-experience. Your attendance will not be visible to other participants. It is possible to ask questions during the webinar.
